Ive specialized in lash extensions for 6 years while specializing in waxing for 3 years. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, if your appointment is canceled due to Avi, you’ll be refunded. Same day cancellations: A 75% cancellation fee when canceling within 24 hours for lash services. No call no shows will pay 100% of scheduled appointment. For wax services there is no charge or deposit due to the quickness of the service. Running late ? We have a grace period of 12 minutes. After that, a $25 late fee applies. If Avi is ever running more than 10 minutes late, you’ll receive $25 off of your service. If you need to reschedule due to tardiness you will forfeit your deposit. We only service 18+ for lash and wax services & women only for Brazilian wax services. Please no extra guest at your appointment, if need be please reach out to Avi.
